Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Business Hosting, and similar hosting services are covered by our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for first-time purchases.
Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided the service has not been used in violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Domain Name Registration
Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable.
Since domain names are registered instantly through accredited domain registrars, they cannot be canceled or refunded once the registration process has been completed.
This policy applies to all domain extensions and follows ICANN and registry regulations.
4. VPS (Virtual Private Server) Services
VPS resources are allocated exclusively for each customer.
Once the VPS has been provisioned and activated, refunds are generally not available.
If the service has not yet been provisioned, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Dedicated Server Services
Dedicated Servers are custom-provisioned for individual customers.
Because hardware resources are reserved specifically for each order, refunds are not available after the server has been provisioned and delivered.
Cancellation requests submitted before deployment may be considered for a refund.
6. Software Licenses and Digital Products
Software licenses, activation keys, digital products, and similar electronically delivered services are non-refundable once delivery has been completed.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 1 to 10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take additional time to appear in your account.
8. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
